I first joined Linde as an intern when I was studying at the University of Buffalo. I enjoyed that I was trusted right from the start. I had responsibility and authority – as well as a mentor who helped me build my skills.

So when the opportunity to stay with Linde permanently came up, I grabbed it with both hands.

That was six years ago. Since then, I have worked on all sorts of projects as a Process Engineer. It's like having puzzle pieces, and being asked to solve problems in the way that I think is best. That’s part of what makes working at Linde so great. It’s a place where your ideas are valued and your expertise comes to life. Where employees are trusted to deliver smart work and the entire organization does what it can to help.

The next step for me is Rio de Janeiro, where I’ll be developing our customer offer. It’s another opportunity I’ve taken enthusiastically. And after that, it’s up to me.
