Supply Chain Transparency

LINDE SUPPLIERS: SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSPARENCY

Our transparency policy

We are committed to compliance with laws, and to upholding our strong standards of business integrity and related corporate policies, including those directed towards our suppliers and supply chain. These policies reflect our commitment to ensuring the absence of forced labour and child labour in our supply chain.

For information regarding Linde Canada Inc.’s efforts to prevent the occurrence of forced labour and child labour in its supply chain,  please see the 2024 Annual Report in compliance with with Bill S-211, An Act to enact the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act and to amend the Customs Tariff Act.

Communication

At Linde, we make our supplier expectations known. Our global procurement organization regularly discusses these expectations with suppliers upon qualification, contracting and during any audits conducted. All sourcing associates and managers receive training in Linde’s supplier expectations and human rights policy.
