Guide – Create a New Automated Order

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to My Account and select Automated Ordering.
  3. Select your Linde billing account to display the corresponding purchase history.
  4. Click the “Create a new automated order” button.
  5. Select the Order placement frequency.
  6. Choose the Order placement day or Order placement day of the month or custom time.
  7. Select your Delivery Address.
  8. Add an Automated order name for your reference, then enter your Purchase order number / reference (if not needed please enter your name).
  9. Optionally, you may enter a Description of your automated order and Delivery instructions for our driver
  10. Choose a Choose a start date for your ordering.
  11. If you wish to specify when the automated order will end, click on Does the automated order need an end date?, then enter an End date.
  12. Click the “Set this schedule” button.
  13. You will see the message ‘Your automated ordering is nearly ready!’ Click on the “Close this box” button.
  14. The automated order schedule is created but it has not been activated and does not contain any product.
  15. In the Automated Ordering section, select the select your Linde billing account to display the automated orders.
  16. Click on the Automated order name of your new automated order. The Order Status should be off.
  17. Review the automated order scheduling details.
  18. Add the products to order by entering the product number on the Quick Add field and clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.
  19. Click the “Save” button to save the changes.
  20. When the ‘Your automated ordering is nearly ready!’ appears, click the “Close this Box” button.
  21. Select the I confirm this is the correct email address to receive notifications regarding this automated order. option, at the bottom of the contact information.
  22. Scroll to the bottom and click on I accept the Terms & Conditions (), then click on the “Turn Automated Ordering On”.
  23. The Order Status is turned to “On”.
  24. The system will automatically the order the products as you indicated. You will receive a notification every time it is placed.
  25. Automated orders can be changed at any time by repeating the same process.
  26. Delete the automated order by clicking on the garbage bin icon on the right side.

Guide – Create a New Automated Order from the Shopping Cart

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Search for your favourite products and add them to the shopping cart.
  3. Go to the shopping cart.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Save as an Automated Order”.
  5. Select the Order placement frequency.
  6. Choose the Order placement day or Order placement day of the month or custom day.
  7. Select your Delivery Address.
  8. Add an Automated order name for your reference, then enter your Purchase order number / reference (if not needed please enter your name).
  9. Optionally, you may enter a Description of your automated order and Delivery instructions for our driver.
  10. Choose a Choose a start date for your ordering.
  11. If you wish to specify when the automated order will end, click on Does the automated order need an end date?, then enter an End date.
  12. Click the “Set this schedule” button.
  13. You will see the message ‘This Automated Order has been successfully created. Click here to view this Automated Order.’ Click on the “Close this box” button.
  14. The order is created but it needs to be activated.
  15. To activate the automated order, go to My Account and click on Automated ordering.
  16. Select your Linde billing account to display the saved automated orders.
  17. Click on the Automated order name of your new automated order. The Order Status should be off.
  18. Review the automated order details.
  19. If you wish to make changes, click the “Edit Recuring Order” button, update the recuring order and click the “Save” button to save the changes.
  20. Select the I confirm this is the correct email address to receive notifications regarding this automated order. option, at the bottom of the contact information.
  21. Click on I accept the Terms & Conditions (), then click on the “Turn Automated Ordering On”.
  22. The Order Status is turned to “On”.

  4. If desired, filter the document list by type of record, dates, order status, or order types.
  5. To re-order products from a previous order, find an order with the desired products and click on the Order No.. The order details will appear.
  6. Click the “Create as an automated order” button.
  7. Select the Order placement frequency.
  8. Choose the Order placement day or Order placement day of the month or custom day.
  9. Select your Delivery Address.
  10. Add an Automated order name for your reference, then enter your Purchase order number / reference (if not needed please enter your name).
