Quick Guide – Register an Account

To register on Linde Online, you must already be an existing customer of Linde Canada with an account and a customer number.

If you are new to Linde Canada, you will need to set up a business account with us. Please contact your nearest Linde Canada branch or call us at 1-800-225-8247.

To register for the Linde Canada Online Portal, you will need your Linde customer number and the information from one of the following Linde documents (dated within the last 12 months):

  • Linde Order
  • Linde Delivery Note
  • Linde Invoice

Please have the document ready before beginning registration:

Registering an Account

  1. Click on Sign In / Register at the top of the page.
  2. When the message window opens, click the “Register Now” button.
  3. Select the "Register as an existing customer” option.
  4. On the Register for online access page, choose the bullet point that corresponds to the Linde document you are using (Order, Delivery Note, or Invoice).
  5. Enter your customer number under Linde Customer Number.
  6. Enter the appropriate reference number based on your document:
  7. For an order, enter the number under Linde Order Number.
    For a delivery note, enter the number under Linde Delivery Note Number.
    For an invoice, enter the number under Linde Invoice Number.
  8. Click ”Find my account”.
  9. The system will search for your account and display your account number, document number, and address. Verify this information.
  10. If the information is correct, check the box:
    “I confirm that I am authorized to access this account information and order gas online”.
  11. Next, enter your contact details: Title, First Name, Surname, Telephone Number, and Email Address.
  12. Under Online Account, enter a unique username or your email address. This will be used to log in and cannot be changed later.
  13. Enter and confirm your password.
  14. Click the “I accept Privacy Policy” field.
  15. Read the “General Terms and Conditions”, then check the box to accept them.
  16. Click the “Activate Online Account” button.
  17. If your username or email address is unique, your account will be successfully registered. You will then be able to sign in and access the portal.
