Quick Guide – Update Personal Information

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to My Account and select Go to My Account Profile.
  3. Select your Linde billing account to display the corresponding purchase history.
  4. Click the Contact Information.
  5. Your personal information will appear. To update your contact information, your titles, name, company, address, and telephone numbers.
  6. Click the “Edit Contact Information” button.
  7. Update your personal information, then click on the “Save Changes” button.
  8. Your personal information is updated.

Quick Guide – Update the Email Address

For security reasons, your email addresses cannot be changed directly online. You must send a request to Linde Canada, who will update the email address for you, ensuring that all security and privacy regulations are followed.

  1. Login to your account.
  2. At the top of the page, click on Help & Support. Scroll to the bottom of the section and click the Email link. This will take you to the contact form. Otherwise use this link: lindecanada.ca/shop/LINRegContactForm (You must be logged in).
  3. Under What can we help you with?* choose Account.
  4. Choose Change my email address under the Type of inquiry* option.
  5. If applicable, select a Linde billing account under the Please enter your account number* option.
  6. Under Please enter your inquiry below* write a comment explaining the you would like to change your email address. Please include both the new and old email addresses.
  7. Review your personal information under the Your details section. It should already be populated, since you have logged into your account.
  8. If you would like to get the latest news, and product information from Linde Canada, check the Opt-in option.
  9. Click the “Submit” button.
  10. Linde will receive your request and will notify you when your email address is updated. If needed, Linde may ask you for additional information, to ensure that it is a legitimate request.
