Kronenflex^® A 24 R Supra

The use of premium abrasive materials such as the A 24 R Supra allows the user to produce flawless work resulting in the shortest possible processing time. The long service life can be attributed to the even wear of the grit. Every Kronenflex^® grinding disc will keep reaching its maximum stock removal capacity throughout its useful life. The A 24 R Supra thereby eliminates the need for frequent tool changes.

This wheel can be used for surface grinding to edge bevelling to the deburring of edges. All grinding discs made by Klingspor are tested in accordance with oSa guidelines and bear the oSa safety seal and are also guaranteed to comply with European safety standard EN 12413.

PROSTAR™ Flap Discs

With a perfect blend of zirconia alumina grain, this disc self-sharpens as it keeps forming new sharp edges throughout the grinding process. The convex shape is perfect for high removal rates on edges and weld seams. No reworking needed due to the uniform scratch pattern produced.

ENDURO-FLEX™

The ENDURO-FLEX™ one-step finishing discs not only meet but surpass the challenges that the metal fabricating and finishing industry faces on a daily basis. With the new ultra sharp and refined zirconium grain, the ENDURO-FLEX™ finishing disc will stay sharper for a longer period of time while removing more material faster. In addition, a special topcoat continuously cools and lubricates the disc for smooth, vibration-free grinding and sanding from start to finish. Moreover, there is no need to discard the disc when the flap overhang is worn down to the backing because the ENDURO-FLEX™ disc can be restored to like-new performance by reducing the diameter of the ECO-TRIM backing, extending disc life by up to 3 times. Raised hub fits all standard grinder back flanges.

TIPS: Always use a back flange, backing can be trimmed for working in corners.

SMT 624 Supra - Abrasive Mop Disc

Designed to deliver the longest possible service life, this abrasive mop disc delivers a remarkably high level of aggressiveness making it ideal for demanding jobs and grinding tasks that need to be completed in exceptionally short time. This product owes its high removal rate to its glass fibre backing plate and its zirconia alumina grain. The best removal rates can be achieved on powerful angle grinders with increased contact pressure. The convex shape allows the user to grind with a smaller contact area. The resulting smaller contact area makes it possible to achieve higher stock removal per unit of time. This proves beneficial during work on edges and weld seams.

CS 411 Y – tear-resistant, high-performance abrasive belt

The tear resistance of the material shows its true worth when put to the test during the processing of stainless steel, steel and many other types of metal using machinery such as a wide belt machine, a pedestal sander or a hand tool belt grinder. Recognized by its blue abrasive with its exceptional aggressiveness, this abrasive belt comes with added sanding active fillers in the site coat that boost abrasive performance - especially on stainless steel - as they keep the abrasive grain from vitrifying prematurely.

NBF 820 Belts

Klingspor NBF 820 file belts are ideal for surface finishing with handheld belt grinders. These belts feature a resin-bonded aluminum oxide grain that minimizes clogging and performs well over a long service life.

Klingspor CS 565 Fibre Disc

Allows for quick and effective work - especially during rough grinding applications. Distinguished by a high level of aggressiveness and an outstanding price/performance ratio, this disc is available with a variety of grits, hole types and different diameters. This disc is exceedingly tough and hard and possesses a uniform crystalline structure. As the grains are self-sharpening, the discs are sure to deliver perfect grinding results over a long period of time. The close coating of the blue abrasive material ensures a high removal rate as it covers nearly the entire surface of the fibre discs CS 565 with abrasive grain. Better still, the high coating density also guarantees a long service life.

COOLCUT XX™ Sanding Discs

The new and improved COOLCUT XX™ sanding discs use an exclusive Cyclone™ Technology to aggressively remove material long after most other sanding discs are spent. Speed up production while using fewer abrasives with Coolcut XX™.
