IN2ERT™ purging and cleaning from Linde Services Canada Inc. delivers safe, reliable, and fast cleaning to maintain equipment containing hydrocarbon residues or volatile organics.

Linde’s IN2ERT™ service gives asset owners a quick and efficient means to suppress toxins for maintenance work. Our expert staff will develop a customized chemistry based on contaminents such as – H₂S, BTEX, LEL, and others that will mix with a nitrogen stream rapidly clearing tanks, piping & heat exchangers of H₂S/VOC’s. The IN2ERT™ mist encapsulates the toxins rendering the vessel inert and the waste environmentally friendly.

After traditional nitrogen purging of tanks and piping, the residues left in these units will continue to emit H₂S and volatiles requiring suspension of maintenance activities. With the IN2ERT™ process, the mist absorbs the hydrocarbons while also coating the internals/residues (encapsulation) preventing further release of emissions. This ensures that maintenance downtime meets the scheduled outage.
