Quick Guide – Change Your Password

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to My Account and select Go to My Account Profile.
  3. Select the Contact Information section.
  4. Click on the “Change Password” button.
  5. Enter your current password, your new password, then confirm you new password.
  6. Click the “Save Changes” button.
  7. Your password will be reset to the new one you entered.

Quick Guide – Forgot Password

  1. If you have forgotten your password, follow these instructions.
  2. Click on Sign In / Register.
  3. Under the “Password” field, click on the link Forgotten Password? Click here to reset it.
  4. Enter the email address associated with your account, in the Email Address field.
  5. Click the “Reset Password” button.
  6. If the email address is correct, you will receive an email containing a link where you can reset your password.
  7. Click on the link provided on the email.
  8. Enter and confirm your new password, then click reset the password by clicking the blue button.
  9. Your password will be reset to the one you just entered.
