Quick Guide – Manage Cylinder Balance

1. Login to your account
2. Go to My Account and select Cylinder Balance.
3. Select your Linde billing account to view the cylinder inventory.
4. You will see the gas name under the Description, the Product Code, and the Quantity Held by you.
5. To order more stock, enter a value under Purchase Quantity. The Return Quantity value is updated automatically to match the purchase quantity. You can manually change the Return Quantity if it is different.
6. Click on either the “Add to cart” or the “Add to cart and check out” button.
7. The order is placed as a normal purchase.

Quick Guide – Return Empty Cylinder Without Placing a New Order

1. Login to your account
2. Go to My Account and select Cylinder Balance.
3. Select your Linde billing account to view the cylinder inventory.
4. You will see the gas name under the Description, the Product Code, and the Quantity Held by you.
5. Find cylinder you wish to return. Enter the quantity of cylinders to return under the Return Quantity column and leave blank the Purchase Quantity section.
6. Click on the “Add to cart and check out” button to place the order, then confirm the order.
7. A pick-up order will be sent to Linde and you will be notified when the cylinder will be picked-up.
