Quick Guide – Save Favourite Products from the Shopping Cart

1. Login to your account.
2. Search for your favourite products and add them to the shopping cart.
3. Go to the Shopping Cart.
4. Scroll to the button and click on the “Save Shopping Cart as a Favourite”.
5. Add a name. This makes it easy for you to identify.
6. Enter a description, if desired.
7. If you would like to set an order reminder:
Click on Reminder notification.
Choose the type of notification from Selected frequency.
Select the type of day of month, respectively.
Under notification type, click on Notification type.
8. Now click on the “Save” button.

Quick Guide – Save Favourite Products from Orders & Deliveries

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to My Account and select Orders & Deliveries.
3. Select your Linde billing account to display the corresponding orders and deliveries.
4. A list of the latest orders will appear.
5. Choose the order that contains your favourite products, click on the order number under Order No.
6. The selection will expand, revealing the products of that order.
7. Click on the “Save as favourite list” button.
8. Add a name. This makes it easy for you to identify.
9. Enter a description, if desired.
10. If you would like to set an order reminder:
Click on Reminder notification.
Choose the type of notification from Selected frequency.
Select the type of day of month, respectively.
Under notification type, click on Notification type.
11. Now click on the “Save” button.

Quick Guide – Manage Favourites

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to My Account and select Favourites.
3. A list of your saved favourites will appear, if they were previously created.
4. To delete the favourite, click on the garbage bin icon on the right side.
5. To change the favourite, click on the name under Favourite Name.
6. Click the “Edit favourite” button.
7. The purchase quantity can be changed under the Quantity.
8. Empty gas cylinder return quantities can be set under Empty Return.
9. To delete a product, click on the garbage bin icon on the right side.
10. To quick add a product, enter the Linde product number under the Part Number section, enter the purchase quantity under Quantity. Then click on the “Add” button.
11. Click the “Done” button to save the changes.

Quick Guide – Re-order from Favourites

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to My Account and select Favourites.
3. A list of your saved favourites will appear, if they were previously created.
4. To re-order products from the favourite, click on the name under Favourite Name.
5. The list expands showing all the favourite products.
6. Click on the “Order Products” button to re-order the products.
7. If you wish to remove a product, remove the checkmark from the product.
8. To change the quantity, update the value under the Quantity column.
9. Click either the “Add to cart” or “Add to cart & checkout” to place the order.
10. Got to the Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout, as a normal sale.
