Quick Guide – Frequently Ordered Products

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to My Account and select Frequently Ordered.
3. Select your Linde billing account to display the corresponding purchase history.
4. A list showing of the frequently ordered products will appear.
5. Gas products can be ordered directly by:
Adding the purchase quantity under the Quantity section.
The Return section automatically populates with the same quantity to return the empty cylinders.
You can manually modify the number if it is different.
6. Click on the “Add to Cart” or the “Add to cart & checkout” button.
7. In the shopping cart, confirm the amount and proceed to checkout
8. The product(s) will be ordered as a normal e-commerce sale
