Quick Guide – Download Orders & Deliveries Documents

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to My Account and select Orders & Deliveries.
  3. Select your Linde billing account to display the corresponding purchase history.
  4. A list of the latest orders will appear.
  5. If desired, filter the document list by type of record, dates, order status, or order types.
  6. You will see the “Order Date”, “Order No.” (Order Number), “PO No./Ref.” (Purchase order number or reference number), “Order Type”, Amount, Status (Whether it is Open, Cancelled, Backordered, Scheduled, Delivered, or Invoiced).
  7. To download a copy of the order’s related documents, click on “Show documents”.
  8. A display window will open called “Related Documents”.
  9. Click on the respective “Download” link to download the orders’ Invoice, Picking Ticket, Proof of Delivery.

The Orders & Deliveries section provides you with different ways to order our products. Products can be re-ordered directly, placed on a favourites list to later purchasing, or even turned into automated orders.
